Race Transponders – Important Reminder

The club have a very limited amount for 2010 and these are reserved for newcomers and visitors we also need to have to cover failures on the day. A transponder is a key part of your racing gear so please ensure you get one for this season. These can be bought on e bay and sold again with very little loss of £’s. Make sure if purchasing one you get the correct type – if you need any more info please ask on the forum or contact us.

Supermoto Racing at Scottish Bike Show

It looks like the 2010 Scottish Supermoto season will be kicked off by having Round 1 of the 2010 Championship held at a purpose built track at the Scottish Motorcycle Show. Read the press release here.

Ady Smith Supermoto School – Feb 2010

Scottish Supermoto are please to announce that Ady Smith will take his renowned Supermoto school to the Crail racetrack in Fife.

Currently if we have enough interest it may be run over the following 3 dates, Friday the 26th, Saturday the 27th and Sunday the 28th of February 2010.

Places will be limited to 10 riders per day and will be at a reduced cost of £115 per rider per day with the rider using their own machine, gear and fuel. (Usual cost of Ady’s Supermoto School is £190 per day).

This is a great opportunity to better understand your machine and how it works and to improve you riding skills with one of the best riders in the country. To book your place go to www.adysmith.co.uk and download the booking form it cannot be booked any other way.

To make this school viable we will need at least 20 riders and if it’s to be over 3 days 30 riders. So to get your place confirmed and to allow the school to be confirmed please complete the form and get it sent away ASAP.

Welcome to the new look website for the 2010 season. With the exception of the ‘on site’ race by race photo gallery, it has pretty much everything the 2009 site had before… just a new look and it will be easier and faster for us to keep updated.
