SM BASIC TRACKDAY CLUB RULES & REGULATIONS
 

TRACK USER FEE: £50.00 non club members / £25.00 Club Members (Membership fee for 2008 is £100)

1. All day members must have their form ready and signed for production to a committee member if asked for at any time. Please note that if anyone is found at the track without a current membership or form, they will be asked to pay the annual membership fee in full on the spot. If this is not forthcoming you will be asked to leave the circuit or legal action may be taken.

2. Track days will have medical cover and run from 10.00hrs – 16.00hrs

3. While on track you must ware all the proper safety equipment and clothing: Helmet, Leather suit (1 piece or zip together 2 piece), Protective Boots (road or motocross style are both applicable) & Leather gloves.

4. Your motorbike must be in good mechanical order and have Axle/Spindle Bobbins, Peg Bobbins, Fluids
Catch Tank (all fluids to be routed in); Oil IN & OUT plugs to be lock wired.

5. The full 'supermoto' track (i.e. incl dirt) will only be opened up on pre-organised dates (dirt inclusion TBC on the day) a limited number of bikes will be allowed on the track at one time.

6. Please treat the track with due care and attention and remember there are other track users.

7. Please take all litter home with you or use the litter bins provided.

8. Anyone found not adhering to any of the above will be excluded from the club with immediate effect.

9 A DB Dawg must also be fitted to a freshly packed exhaust if in doubt check it.

10 Four stroke singles must be fitted with a DB Dawg and be under 92db in a static test. 2 strokes will be permitted to use the track if they pass the 92db static test. Aprilias will be permitted to use the track with
standard road pipes if they can pass the 92db static test, if an after market pipe is fitted a DB Dawg must be fitted and also be below 92db in a static test.  Noise testing will be ongoing and anyone not adhering will be removed from the track and asked to reduce the noise to an acceptable limit and within the rules, only then will they be allowed to participate. SM SUPERMOTO CLUB MEMBER TRACK PRACTICE RULES & REGULATIONS
 

Generally, the first full weekend of the month will be the official supermoto weekend.
Trackday Saturday, Race Day Sunday, Trackday will cost £25 (£50 non members)

The following is for club members ONLY !

Other than the official supermoto weekends it is not permitted to use the offroad sections.

Supermoto club members will be free to use the track on free weekend’s (i.e. when no kart events) between 12 noon and 5pm only. The track will be open for Kart club & supermoto members on these weekends so it will be up to all members who attend to organize sessions between karts/supermoto. Be aware that cadet, junior & senior karts are not permitted to use the track at the same time so there would have to be a group for each of these kart classes and one for supermoto. At no time must a supermoto bike and Kart be on the track at the same time.

Supermoto club members will be able to use the track Monday to Friday by arrangement ONLY.

Members must post in this the supermoto practice thread on the forum (click here) or contact a supermoto committee member before going to the track mid week. The track will be available between 12 noon & 5pm, again this time is also available to Kart members so all above must to be followed.

Club members must have their club membership cards with them at all times. All noise, bike and safety regulation s must be adhered to while at the track failure to do so will result in loss of membership, there will be random checks at the track.

Monthly track use:

1st (full) weekend of month: official supermoto weekend
2nd weekend of month: Free
3rd weekend of month: Sprint Kart weekend
4th Weekend of month: Prok kart weekend
5th weekend (5 week month): Free weekend.
